WE WILL NOT SET UP THE EQUIPMENT IF THERE IS ANYTHING ON THE GROUND OR AROUND THE INFLATABLE THAT MAY CAUSE DAMAGE OR INJURY INCLUDING ANIMAL WASTE!
IF WE GET TO YOUR HIRE ADDRESS AND THERE IS NO ANSWER THERE IS A CHARGE FOR RETURNING £10.00.
WE FOLLOW A ROUTE PLANNER TO GET ALL EQUIPMENT DELIVERED AND SET UP FOR 12 PM!

DELIVERY TIMES FOR NORMAL HOME DELIVERIES WILL BE BETWEEN 7 AM AND 12 PM.
THE BOOKING SYSTEM WILL ONLY LET YOU BOOK FROM 12 PM.
WE DO START DELIVERING AT 7 AM SO PLEASE BE READY FOR DELIVERY.
IF YOU HAVE AN EXTENSION LEAD PLEASE HAVE THIS OUT READY.
PICK UP TIMES WILL BE BETWEEN 5 PM AND 9 PM.
THE BOOKING SYSTEM WILL NOT LET YOU SELECT A PICK UP TIME LATER THAN 5 PM.
IF YOUR NEEDING THE INFLATABLE OR EQUIPMENT LATER THAN 5 PM PLEASE ADD OVERNIGHT STAY.
OVERNIGHT STAY IS PICKED UP THE FOLLOWING MORNING BETWEEN 7 AM AND 12 PM.
UNLESS YOU NEED TO MEET A CERTAIN TIME SLOT FOR EXAMPLE AN EVENT OR A VENUE/HALL YOU HAVE HIRED SET TIMES WILL BE ADHERED TO.
PLEASE PUT YOUR TIMES FOR DROP OFF AND COLLECTION IN THE BOX PROVIDED ON THE BOOKING FORM.
